i made it so you can use final fantasy xiv message popups on my stream for some reason. here's the scoop

"two ways to use xiv"

Method	Description
500 Bits	twitch bits! you know them. ex: cheer500 !xiv questcomplete
500 TipChips	chess-stream-local currency awarded in exchange for tips. ex: !tc xiv questcomplete

"here are the xiv commands"

	questaccepted plays a "quest accepted" jingle. can follow with a modifier shorthand (hw, sb, shb, beast) to play the jingle from the appropriate FFXIV expansion (and in the case of beast tribe, it will show the appropriate graphic). ex: !tc xiv questaccepted ex: !tc xiv questaccepted beast
	questcomplete plays a "quest complete" jingle. can follow with a modifier shorthand (hw, sb, shb, xi) to play the jingle from the appropriate FFXIV expansion or the FFXI quest complete jingle. ex: !tc xiv questcomplete ex: !tc xiv questcomplete sb
	dutycommenced plays a "duty commenced" sound effect. ex: !tc xiv dutycommenced
	dutycomplete plays a "duty complete" jingle. ex: !tc xiv dutycomplete
	dutyfailed plays a "duty failed" sound effect. ex: !tc xiv dutyfailed
	fatejoined plays a "fate joined" jingle. ex: !tc xiv fatejoined
	fatecomplete plays a "fate complete" jingle. ex: !tc xiv fatecomplete
